Here’s an E55 AMG Estate for your time
I’m looking into E-Class (S210) cars and am noticing some sites designating models with a “T” following the letter/numbers (e.g. E320 T and E430 T 4Matic). What does this designation imply beyond the normal model names, like E320 or E430 4Matic?
At first I thought it might have been a designation for turbo diesels, but then I noticed like E320 T CDI; CDI being the indication of a diesel engine.
I’m trying to just look into models for USA market. Is this a designation for some Euro only models?
Anyone know the answer? haha
UPDATE: My question has been answered! WAGONS FTW!
Thanks, folks!
BmanUltima's car still hasn't been fixed yet, he'll get on it tomorrow, honest.

I think it stands for Touring, which indicates a wagon.

It’s the estate, or wagon if you prefer. So far as I know they no longer use the designation.

T signifies a wagon as far as I know.

Wagon! And to answer your other question “T” is only used internally in the US, not badged.
